Avalon Estates is a community of 365 single family homes just east of 441 on Palmetto Park Road. Many lots face lake and preserve views with homes which feature 4-6 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms with between 3,350 and 3,700 square feet of living space under air, The Homes contain coffered ceilings, gourmet kitchens and large master suites. Boca Bath & Tennis
Boca Bath & Tennis is a community of 350 homes on large lots many of the over 1 acre. Located on Military Trail between Glades Road & Palmetto Park Road. Boca Falls is located in western Boca Raton between Glades Road and Palmetto Park Road, 2 miles west of 441. It is comprised of 722 homes in ten neighborhoods with homes ranging from 1,800 to 4,400 square feet. Homes boast open floor plans and contain four to seven bedrooms. Many home sites have views of the property's beautiful waterways and lush tropical landscapes. Boca Sailing & Racquet
Boca Sailing & Racquet is located on Camino Real at Military Trail. The community contains 105 homes on lots of ¼ acre or larger, many with water access. Homes sizes range from 2,300 to 5,500 square feet and are priced from $575,000 to $1.5 million. Community amenities include tennis courts and a boat ramp. HOA fees are $392 per month.
Casa Bella in Delray Beach is located off Jog Road just 1 mile north of the Boca Raton/Delray Beach border. Estancia contains 363 homes and is located at the intersection of Glades Road & Jog Road, 1 mile west of the Town Center Mall. Built in the 1970’s -1980’s the property has large lots. Estancia is divided into 3 communities: Estancia, Estancia West and Estancia South. The homes range from 2,500 to over 5,000 square feet, priced from $400,000 to $2 million. Amenities include a tennis courts, a basketball court, play park and jogging trails.
Fieldbrook Estates consists of 54 homes on lots that are 1 acre or more. Located on Jog Road just north of Clint Moore Road. All homes are custom designed and are 4,200 to 14,000 square feet and have been built over the last 20 years. There are houses to be knocked down for as little as $800,000 (lot value). Most homes are over $2 million, with HOA fees of $418 Month.
Island Lakes is located on Glades Road, west of 441 in Boca Raton. Consisting of 240 homes built between 1988-1992. Most lots face water and homes range from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet and are priced from the high $300,000’s to over $600,000. HOA fees are $170 per month.
This is a very prestigious development of only 32 properties. Each house sits on sites that range in size from 2–18 acres, most with waterfront lake access. Homes sizes are from 4,000 to 30,000 square feet, priced from $10-$20 million. These homes have every luxury imaginable! Located on Clint Moore Road between Military Trail & Jog Road. The community has luxurious landscaping and HOA fees are $1050 per month.
Grande Orchid is located on Jog Road just north of the Boca Raton/Delray Beach line. Built in the late 1990’s, homes range from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet and are priced from $895,000 to $1.5 million. Community amenities include: tennis, pool, fitness center and clubhouse. HOA is $536 per month.

Long Lake Palms

Long Lake Estates
There are 117 single family homes on lots over 1 acre, ranging from 3,000 to 12,000 square feet. Prices are from $700,000 to $6 million. These are large homes with elaborate detail, custom pools and tennis courts. HOA fees are $450 to $600 per month. Located on Clint Moore Road and Lyons Road.
There are 48 grand estate homes from 3,700 square feet and up. These are elaborate custom, Mediterranean inspired architecture, with great attention to detail. HOA fees are $1,300 per month. Prices start at $1.5 million. Located on Jog Road, ½ mile north of Palmetto Park Road. Walk to shopping and houses of worship.
Mizner Preserve consists of 170 estate homes built in 2001. Homes are from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet and are priced from $800,000 to over $1 million. Conveniently located on Jog Road, just north of the Boca Raton/Delray Beach line. Amenities include an Olympic size pool, spa, tennis courts, and fitness center. HOA fees are from $300 to $600 per month.
Meadow Lakes contains 286 homes from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet and are priced from $300,000 to $500,000. Built in 1995, this community is located on 441, south of Palmetto Park Road. Amenities include pool, tennis, and playground. HOA fee are $156 per month.
Newport Bay Club
Newport Bay Club contains 223 homes from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. Homes are priced from $300,000 to $800,000. Built in 1998, the HOA dues are $350 per month. Conveniently located on Jog Road just south of Delray Beach. Amenities include a 7,500 square foot resort style clubhouse, fitness center, tennis center with pro shop and tennis pro on site.
The Oaks is a lavish family friendly community of house sizes from 3,000 to 9,000 square feet. They are priced from $900,000 to $3 million and were built in 2002. Amenities include a clubhouse and 12 tennis courts. The community operates like a 5 star country club, without the mandatory equity. HOA is $772 per month. Located at Clint Moore Road between Lyons Road and US 441.
The Preserve was built in 1990 and contains102 homes from $800,000 to $2 million in price. Great post! pressure washing and roof cleaning can be a pain. Not only time-consuming but a task that is often put off way too long. Just make sure to clean your roof with a pressure washer. Great blog!!!
