This is an extra extension of our last post about how to find a good roof cleaning company. Make sure to check the BBB to see if the company you are dealing with has a bunch of complaints. Things happen and companies make mistakes. Sometimes grass can get killed and other issues can arise out of no pressure, soft wash and chemical roof cleaning companies near me. The important thing is to see if the company does the right thing or not. See if the company responded to the review and made the situation right. For instance, here is a complaint we found recently when we were searching some pressure washing companies in Boca.

I hired xxx pressure cleaning service to clean roof. The job was
completed and $400.00 was paid in cash. The employee
offered to do more work cleaning and staining fence. I gave a
check in the amount of $625.00 on August 17th to purchase
material. The check was cashed the same day. Work was never
done and I have called the company number and cell number
numerous times to contact them with no answer. I went to the
address of the company and there was no such number or
company listed on that street. I had also contacted by bank but
was told there was nothing they could do since the check was
already cashed.

This is the type of thing you want to look out for. If a pressure washing company is stealing money or not rendering services for what they were paid for, there is a serious problem. On the other hand, a review such as this one is more reasonable, but it is up to the company to make the situation right. 

​I hired this company on the recommendation of my neighbors. Everyone was very nice when scheduling. However when I got home after the job was done I was quite shocked to fine my windows covered In a white filthy film!! You can barely see out of them. I immediately called the office and left a message to call me back . I received a call the following after assuring me that this would be taken care of. This was shortly before Thanksgiving and I have yet to get a response from this company. They took my money and not only did they leave my windows filthy, my roof is not that clean. I wish I could upload pictures to this review so you could see how awful the situation is. Run from these people they do not do a good job and the customer service is worse.

Here's our opinion on this. It's not acceptable. However, sometimes people make mistakes and employees make mistakes. This is probably a mistake that could have been easily rectified if the company responded and sent a service technician out to the home to get the film off of the windows. It wasn't the right thing to do to leave the home owner with a mess on their house that they paid for!
